Late Knights is a fabulous platform for Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) to gain publicity through tabling opportunities. If your RSO is interested in tabling and/or sponsoring or co-sponsoring an activity at an upcoming Late Knights event, please fill out the form below.
Late Knights Student Organization Policies
The following policies will be enforced and should be adhered to by all participating RSOs at Late Knights events:
- Late Knights lasts from 9pm-2am. However, RSOs are NOT required to table the entire event.
- RSOs must commit to arriving at 8:30pm to set up and stay until at least midnight.
- RSOs that have committed to tabling, but do not show up will not be permitted to participate at future events.
- RSOs must remain at their designated table(s) and cannot solicit and/or recruit at any other locations.
- Tables are placed at predetermined locations prior to the event and should not be relocated.
- Intoxication prior to and/or during the event is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate dismissal from the premises.
